General Digital Media (GeneralDigitalMedia.com) will only accept home movie & original footage, 35mm slides, audio cassettes & reel-to-reel tapes. Pornography is not accepted. Copyrighted material is not accepted unless ownership is fully established. We reserve the right to reject any material we receive which we deem to be unacceptable as indicated. We respect copyrights. In fact as artists, we own much copyrighted material with the United States Copyright Office, since  the early 1980s.

USPS shipping only. We recommend USPS Priority Shipping with insurance. We do not recommend shipping USPS Media Mail. We have found that shipping with the USPS is most reliable.

Customers are solely responsible for all shipping to us. GDM (GeneralDigitalMedia.com)  is not responsible for any loss or damage to home movies during shipping from the customer to us, return shipping or any other unexpected damage or loss. USPS Priority Mail return shipping by us is insured for damage only as specified by USPS. Although every precaution is taken by us for safe shipping, GDM (GeneralDigitalMedia.com) is not responsible for any loss or damage other than the insurance provided by the shipper. We specialize in film transfers and editing, we believe damage or loss to your movies is extremely unlikely. In the event of damage or loss, GDM (generaldigitalmedia.com) is responsible only for customer's full refund for the original order made.
